Reality show star Khloe Kardashian and her estranged professional basketball playing husband, Lamar Odom, have put their Tarzana, California, mansion on the market for $5.5 million. The home, located in a gated section of Mulholland Park, was designed in the style of a Mediterranean villa.
There’s lots to like about the 10-year old home, starting with the 8,000+ square feet of living space. Inside, there are seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Some highlights of the home include an impressive sweeping staircase in the foyer, textured wallpaper, tumbled stone, and mosaic accents. You’ll also find a chef’s kitchen, including a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, and library.
The spa-like master bath has dual sinks, spa tub, personalized temperature settings and three custom-built walk-in closets.
The sprawling ultra-private grounds are highlighted by a pool with cascading water features, fire pits, and spa. A covered outdoor kitchen makes for an ideal setting for entertaining.
The grounds include lush foliage, large grassy areas and several seating enclaves.
Kardashian and Odom bought the residence in 2009 for $3,950,000. At the time, the two were having better days. But since then, the couple’s marriage has disintegrated as Odom has reportedly struggled with drug problems.
