When the world’s most renowned fashion bible dedicates a whole issue to someone, it becomes the best booster, on work as well as self-esteem front, in the world of glamour. Kendall Jenner is the star of her own special-edition Vogue mini-issue for April 2016.
The supermodel and Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who boasts of 52 million Instagram followers and 16.3 million Twitter followers has her very own Vogue Magazine. WWD adds that Jenner’s dedicated issue will come polybagged with Vogue’s April edition featuring Rihanna on the cover. The Jenner-special 52-page issue is set to be available for New York and Los Angeles subscribers only. Other readers can also access the Jenner issue at Vogue website.
Sneak peek inside reveals images of the star accompanied with a feature story. Captured by Mario Testino with the cover line: “The Kendall Effect 64M Followers and Counting,” the cover glamorizes Kendall in a Proenza Schouler cropped top and bikini bottom. Other images show the stunner sporting summer looks in a scarlet Michael Kors Collection faille dress, various swimsuit shots as well as a wearing a Marc Jacobs sweater and Eberjey bikini bottom perched on a horse.
The feature written by Robert Sullivan includes interviews with Karl Lagerfeld, Estée Lauder group president Jane Hertzmark Hudis, Tory Burch and Michael Kors.
