Rocker Jon Bon Jovi is looking to sell his 7,500 square foot New York City penthouse for nearly $40 million. The penthouse, located at the top of 158 Mercer Street, has 5 bedrooms, 11-foot ceilings, arch windows, a great room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a private screening room. The three landscaped terraces add over 3,000 square feet to the complex.
The $39.9 million price tag is a drop of $2.1 million. Bon Jovi originally listed the penthouse last March for $42 million.
