Depp bought the property in 2001 and splurged over $10 million to restore and decorate the homes. He has also transformed the church into a guesthouse and installed a wine-tasting cave that looks like a set from “The Pirates of the Caribbean” film series.
The price tag also includes the possession of Depp’s personal belongings, including furniture, artworks, books, and DVDs along with the property. Côte d’Azur Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.
