Jimmy Choo opened its Milan flagship store on Saturday 18 September, 2010. This 232 metre store on two levels is the largest Jimmy Choo flagship in Continental Europe, located near the intersection of via Sant’Andrea and via Montenapoleone in the heart of the prestigious Quadrilatero della Moda shopping district.
The ground floor includes a showcase of the most fashion forward shoes, handbags, small leather goods and sunglasses, displayed in a gallery-like setting on a series of mirrored podiums. It will also be the home of the Jimmy Choo fragrance, which will debut in early 2011.
The lower level is conceived as a series of intimate salons including a shop-in-shop dedicated to the Choo 24:7 collection.
The store also features the brand’s first VIP room in Europe where clients can come for complete accessory wardrobe consultations, bridal services and for the ultimate in privacy and service.
“Milan is a global fashion capital and an important design and shopping destination. I am delighted to have the perfect showcase for our collections in this global fashion capital,” commented Tamara Mellon, OBE, Founder & Chief Creative Officer, Jimmy Choo.
