The 40-acre, 14,000 square foot country estate of actor Jack Klugman, who won two Emmy Awards in the television series The Odd Couple, is available for auction.
The Spanish-style estate, located in heart of the Temecula wine country, boasts a 5-hole golf course, four guest homes, pool, cabana and koi pond. Designed as a thoroughbred breeding and training facility, the property has two riding arenas, paddocks and pastures, and RV Barn. Klugman was an avid fan of horse racing, and one of his thoroughbred’s placed 3rd at the 1980 Kentucky Derby.
Klugman died in 2012.
The estate had an original list price of $12 million.
