Hollywood glamour will appear behind the scenes as well as on camera at the 84th Annual Academy Awards on Sunday, February 26. For the tenth consecutive year, Architectural Digest will produce the event’s greenroom for presenters and honorees. AD100 interior designer Waldo Fernandez was chosen to create the exclusive backstage lounge for the 2012 Oscars. Inspired by 1930s and ’40s Hollywood and the iconic work from that era by designer Billy Haines, Fernandez has devised an elegant, relaxed oasis amid the festivity and excitement of the most star-studded night of the year.
