Herve Leger by Max Azria receives the distinguished title of “Mercedes-Benz Presents” designer. The brand known for its powerful and sensual looks is debuting its Fall/Winter 2011 collection on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 and is bringing elements of luxury and utility to the season.
Over the past eight years, the “Mercedes-Benz Presents” program has recognized designers that demonstrate dedication to the use of quality materials, unique style and innovative design.
As part of the Presents program, Mercedes-Benz is integrating designs by Herve Leger by Max Azria into a display themed “Bound by Seduction,” that can be viewed by all attendees entering the lobby tent of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week located at the heart of Lincoln Center.
The display theme pays homage to the iconic, powerful and sensual woman that is drawn to Herve Leger by Max Azria design. Several well-known dresses from past collections worn by cover models and actresses are going to surround the new redesigned 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG as a way to accentuate the vehicle’s shape and alluring characteristics.
“The caliber of design from Max Azria communicates a very specific image that truly distinguishes itself in a special way much like a Mercedes-Benz does,” said Lisa Holladay, manger of brand experience for Mercedes-Benz USA. “The sensual design of a Herve Leger dress creates a magnetic attraction that embodies many of the characteristics of the new CLS.”
Max Azria presides over the critically acclaimed fashion brand Herve Leger and its award winning collections.
