Time keeps ticking away, relentlessly. But the French, certainly, are best at making the most of each passing moment in the most luxurious style. Hermès unveils the new Faubourg Joaillerie watch that is designed to deliver time on a bed of dazzling diamonds. 
Created to resemble an exceptional piece of jewelry, the Faubourg Joaillerie encircles the wrist with a slim gold mesh adorned with a cleverly orchestrated parade of 652 diamonds. The face of this jewelry come to life with beautifully patterned 112 diamonds (0.17 ct) on the dial which blend seamlessly into the soft curves of the 16.3 mm case which is further ornamented with 152 diamonds (0.53 ct).
The timepiece appears to be feather-light as subtle depth effects are created by leaving slender interlacing gold patterns free of any gem-setting. The white gold canvas bracelet is ingeniously set with no less than 388 diamonds (1.76 ct), repeatedly readjusting them until the bracelet becomes a perfect extension of the watch.
The Hermès Faubourg Joaillerie, which is christened after the location of Hermès’ Parisian flagship store at 24 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, features a Quartz, Swiss made movement and is water resistant up to 30 meters.
