Along with other historic Fabergé treasures, visitors will be treated to an opportunity to see a rare masterpiece, an original Fabergé Egg – The Apple Blossom Egg. This Egg was designed in 1901 and is beautifully crafted in gold, diamonds and nephrite. These rare masterpieces will debut in the UK and also for the first time in a non–museum environment.
Also the luxurious salon will house the jewelry collection of one-of-a-kind, collectible pieces designed for Fabergé by Parisian artist jeweler Frédéric Zaavy. Debuting since its creation, the entire collection will pay tribute the late Frédéric Zaavy
A Fabergé “Egg Bar” will offer customers an opportunity to discover the iconic egg pendants, while a bespoke in-store engraving service will allow clients to personalize precious gold egg pendants with a special message of their choice. Watch out for more surprises at their digital space too.
To mark their Easter union, Fabergé has created a limited-edition Spiral Tassel Pendant. The modern, playful, diamond-set egg comes with a stunning gemstone tassel, finished with amethyst, tsavorite, or spinel and will be available exclusively at Harrods from 1st April 2014.
The Easter season at the store will be observed from 1st April until 21st. Wooing shoppers and Fabergé fans, the departmental store is set to boost sales during the festival of gifting with this latest collaboration.
However this isn’t the first time, the two have joined hands. Last year, the Fabergé’s Emotion rings illuminated the windows at Harrods. Also the Russian jewelry firm had taken over UK’s upmarket department store with the ‘The Art of Colour’ advertising campaign.
