Gucci’s China flagship store is open for business. Located in the newly re-opened Shanghai Golden Eagle Square, the impressive two-story 1,600 square meter boutique is not only the largest Gucci store in China, but also the very first to be conceived under Creative Director Frida Giannini. – from Here
A designer’s job is never done. Just ask the Gucci designer, Frida Giannini, who is responsible for 10 collections a year, including women’s, men’s and accessories. Having completed work on the recent men’s collection for next spring/summer, Giannini went on an eight-day tour of Asia, including China, where she attended the opening of the new Gucci flagship in Shanghai. – from NYTimes
