Toronto’s Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts already operates two luxury hotels in London, Park Lane and Canary Wharf, and is back on track for its third property in the British capital. The former Port of London Authority building is set to house the new hotel and private residences run by Four Seasons in partnership with the Beijing-based Reignwood Group.
With 98 guestrooms and suites, the site of the newly named Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will include 41 private residences as well as a private members’ club. The property will feature breathtaking views of the Thames and the Square Mile’s most prominent landmarks.
“We’re thrilled to be working with Reignwood Group on the transformation of this unique and exquisite London landmark,” said Allen Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “As the city continues to be a destination of choice for the world’s most discerning leisure and business travellers, Ten Trinity Square will be an excellent complement to our two existing hotels at Park Lane and Canary Wharf, and expand our presence in this critically important market.”
Set in a heritage property originally designed in 1922, the new Four Seasons property will also feature two gourmet restaurants and a spa.
No word yet on an opening date of the new London property.
