Four Seasons Resort Hvar, Croatia is planned to open up as the world’s leading luxury hospitality company’s first property in the Eastern European country. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has teamed up wtih Arqaam Capital, the specialist emerging markets investment bank to manage and operate the resort currently being developed on the longest and sunniest Croatian island.
Located on a prime waterfront site at Brizenica Bay along the Dalmatian coast, the newest development will include a 120-room Four Seasons hotel and a luxury residential community including 60 Four Seasons Private Residences ranging in size from one and two bedroom residences to three to five bedroom villas.
Though still in planning and development stage, the summer resort will boast its own private bay and feature multiple swimming pools and private infinity pools, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, a selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and retail boutiques as well as conference and banqueting facilities.
Since Croatia is emerging as one of Europe’s fastest growing tourism markets and a highly sought-after leisure destination for discerning global travelers, Four Seasons has jumped upon the opportunity to debut a world-class property in Hvar, one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
