Tiny little watch dial from Swiss Fortis, it is almost a joke in size. The large 47mm wide case would deceive you, but looking at the actual time telling part of the time face reveals a dial that is less than half the size of the entire face. The watch does in fact reveal a number of interesting functions in the tradition of the slide-rule equipped aviation timepieces. For whatever reason Fortis is following Breitling’s example of continuing to make slide rule watches when few people likely rely on them. Then again, if you are training is using the complex rotating inner bezel and external bezel, you can calculate a number of useful pieces of information. – From James List
