Jason Atherton, the former head of the Gordon Ramsay Group’s maze and maze Grill in London, is opening a restaurant in Shanghai. It is the first restaurant he has ever opened. Atherton (who has also trained under Ferran Adrià at Spain’s renowned el Bulli restaurant) left his previous role in April and will be launching the eatery at the new, boutique hotel – The Waterhouse at South Bund. – from Luxury Insider
