Elysian hotel opened its flagship 188-room luxury hotel in Chicago in December 2009. Now the hotel is looking to expand into NYC within the next two years.
The company is also eying gateway cities such as Boston, Washington, DC, San Francisco and London. Other overseas locations are being considered as well as resort destinations.
The Chicago location has been well received with superb service as well as such amenities as marble bathrooms, handmade mattresses and Rivolta Carmignani Italian bed linens. The hotel also refuses to allow tipping.
