Environmentally responsible home luxury brands are being promoted at special events featuring celebrities at upscale restaurants. Actress Mariel Hemingway, model Lauren Bush and Real Housewife Jill Zarin were among notables at the Eco-Luxe media event at Rouge Tomate restaurant in Manhattan last week.
