The big daddy of the rap world, Diddy, has put up his posh Midtown Manhattan apartment on the market for just under $8 million. He is off-loading it to settle for a larger property by moving to Lower Manhattan. This move is deliberately planned to allow the rap-mogul to entertain and throw parties without disturbing the neighbors. The American rapper is asking $7.9 million precisely for his 66th-floor apartment at The Park Imperial Condominium.
Located at the 230 West 56th Street, the 2,300 square feet pad boasts of floor to ceiling windows which offers breathtaking panoramic views of Central Park, the skyline and striking Bridge and River views.
The luxurious high-rise condo is impeccably remodeled and designed with 2 bedrooms along with piano room and wet bar. Fitted with a 90″ flat screen television and a state-of-the-art sound system in the living room, the apartment also comes with a windowed eat-in kitchen that features custom cabinets, top-of-the-line appliances and a breakfast banquette and television.
An oversized master bedroom is designed aptly to suit the needs of the master of the house with spa-like marble bathroom and custom closet organizers. Diddy’s ultimate NY pad also boasts of high-tech features like a fully integrated Creston system which controls all aspects of the home including the electronic blinds and sound system.
Diddy had bought the hot property for $3.82 million way back in 2005 and had listed it for $8.5 million in 2012. This time the rapper is luring prospective clients with a bargain price.
Buyers who aren’t bowled over by the fact that the apartment is currently owed by the richest person in the hip hop entertainment business can understand that The Park Imperial is one of New York’s most luxurious condominiums with white glove services, on-site parking, resident’s lounge, business center and a world class health club. Flashing a distinct glassy design, the address is revered amongst the finest ranked listings in Manhattan.
