Actress Demi Moore has reportedly decided to put her San Remo triplex apartment on the market, making it the most expensive co-op sale ever.
The 51-year-old former wife of Ashton Kutcher has placed her Central Park West home along with a two-bedroom, ground-floor unit she also owns in the building on sale for $75 million dollars, the New York Post reported.
Her triplex is located in a famed Emery Roth-designed Art Deco building that has previously housed Steven Spielberg, Donna Karan, the late Apple CEO Steve Jobs, Tiger Woods, Glenn Close and Diane Keaton. Actor Dustin Hoffman recently sold his San Remo triplex for $21 million earlier this year.
Moore’s apartment was in the news last year during her divorce negotiations with Kutcher, when there were reports that she wanted Kutcher to pay $25 million for renovations of the apartment.
