Meet the Lucky Peach, a quarterly culinary iPad app from from the minds of David Chang, chef and owner of New York’s Momofuku empire, and food writer Peter Meehan. Launching this month, the free quarterly app for Apple’s iPad presents more than two hours of video, 20-odd recipes, and one stop-action cartoon–all flowing from a bowl of noodles. It’s infinite–“and,” says Chang, “this is just ramen!”
Each issue will examine a dish or ingredient through many facets. “It’s sort of an M.C. Escher painting,” Mr. Chang said.
