What is the point in dreaming about the perfect home without knowing as much as you can about each architecture style and furniture concepts on today’s market? We present today a fascinating residence that encompasses at least a perfect space for each one of our readers: the Static House. Designed by Jakarta-based architecture studio TWS & Partners, the contemporary house extends its elegant interiors over a 7,530 square foot surface.
This Indonesian residence was dreamed by the owner as a garden house, a place where the family can enjoy the benefits of living close to nature. Architects working on this project designed a fascinating concept – they elaborated and combined two central courtyards, one on top of another. The rest of the floor plan was separated into living spaces, indoor entertaining facilities and private bedrooms. The collaboration with a talented wood artist from Bali – named Kayun – resulted in having a custom main entrance wood door embellished with floral patterns as a welcoming feature. Luxurious and architecturally interesting, the Static House is a fascinating dream home.
