If you are still having Sex & The City fantasies nearly a decade after the show went off air, here’s a perfect new NYC pad for you. Sarah Jessica Parker has re-listed her $22 million Greenwich Village home (conveniently located between Fifth & University) and we’re pretty sure that it will be snapped up soon. The home last sold for $18.95 million in 2011.
The historic town home has been lovingly restored. At 25′ wide, this isn’t your average narrow space — it’s 6,800 square feet with 7 fireplaces, perfect for SJP and her brood — or yours.
There are five floors, a “Garden” level with Boffi and walnut wood kitchen, and a split-level garden, a “Parlor” for entertaining with a flagstone entry, twin fireplaces and a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden, as well as formal dining and living spaces. Keep the family areas separate — a Family level features oversized skylights, built-in bookcases, an entertainment system, half-bath and a windowed office. Perhaps SJP works on her shoe line in here?
Two levels are devoted to bedrooms, with a guest floor featuring three bedrooms, one of which doubles as an office or sitting room, and a Master floor, complete with 25′ x 12′ private terrace, imported stone fireplace, hand-carved tub, shower room and two fireplaces.
What do you think?
