After seeing some amazing residences designed by Aamer Architects – like the Queen Astrid Park or the Ninety7 @ Siglap House – it’s time for a fascinating estate to woo us with its impressive architecture style. The Longhouse @ Dalvey Estate in Singapore surprises a merger of tropical influences with a clean and inviting contemporary style.
Oriented towards the interior courtyard, this dream home offers hints of what lies beneath its interesting facade – a world of comfort sheltered in a collection of modern interiors inspired by the traditional Iban Longhouse. A rounded louvered element on the front facade hides the private spaces, while the palm trees offer filters glimpses of the semi-outdoor verandahs on the upper floor. The lower floor is defined by a welcoming set of social spaces adorned with a tall glazed staircase looking into the garden.
Enjoy the fascinating details!
