This luxurious contemporary home displays an interesting minimalism that characterizes the fabulous work of well-known Spanish architects of A-Cero. Featuring an imposing geometric architecture, the House in Las Rozas borrows its name from in one of the wealthiest towns in the autonomous community of Madrid, Spain. This residence’s artistically designed architecture is clearly defined by the use of blocks and plates, creating a monolithic volume sheltering living, entertaining and private spaces.
The sculptural house appears to be folded and placed on top of a smaller volume at the base, displaying a narrow and tall front facade. With a floor plan that covers over 763 square meters, A-cero’s House in Las Rozas exhibits a fairytale look at dusk – enhanced by the use of warm interior lighting seen through the glass walls on the first floor and a combination of spotlights on various design highlights on the outside. Luxurious and comfortable, this contemporary villa is defined by luminosity and spaciousness.
