Designed by Luciano Dalla Marta of LDMArquitetura, this Brazilian residence showcases a refreshing mix of colors summing up to an elegant space. Black is used to construct a refined atmosphere and underlines the tall space of the social space. Floor-to-ceiling curtains accentuate the ingenious way in which the space was opened up to receive a large amount of light. Reflecting, glossy surfaces bounce natural light, while the animated choice of colors and texture against white walls leaves the impression of a comfortable and relaxed lifestyle.
Green plants bring an intense natural savor to the sophisticated space, filtering the light and constructing a visual bridge between indoors and outdoor. In this refined space, the only thing that draws attention from a beautiful space composition is the air conditioning system, which I’m sure could have been hidden better. On the other hand, the private zone is toned down. The bedroom is very cozy, yet it hints towards the same idea of comfort basked by natural light as the social living areas. The recurrence of floor-to-ceiling curtains keeps the same opened atmosphere where light is the main design element. Could you imagine yourself living here?
