Custom home developer Bruce Makowsky talks to Bloomberg about the Beverly Hills mansion he built and the type of customer he expects will buy it for its $85 million asking price. The eight-bedroom, 15-bath home includes $5,600 toilets, a wall of caramel onyx and an 18-seat screening room with doors clad in Italian lizard skin.
According to reports, Beyonce and Jay Z are close to inking a deal to acquire the 23,000-square-foot mega mansion with panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles. While on their “On the Run” tour, the power couple have checked the property out twice.
The cliffside mansion includes a 12-seat vodka bar, a 16-car garage with an elevator to move autos, a 2,500-bottle wine room pre-stocked with Dom Perignon, and a $200,000 candy bar.
