When Cinco de Mayo comes around it means the celebratory start of Margarita season! To make sure you have all you “key” lime ingredients ready for the occasion, actress Busy Philipps and friends are manning the Altos Tequila Emergency HotLime (888-268-1261).
Not only will a few callers get to chat with the Girls5eva and Cougar Town star herself, but winners will get a Busy-approved Margarita Essentials kit including cantaritos cups, a lime squeezer, juicy limes and more.
Busy is a purist when it comes to making her “Busyritas” at home. “My margarita recipe is simple,” Busy told us. “A great tequila, like Altos, and fresh limes are a must. Add a touch of homemade simple syrup, a half-salted rim, and you’re all set.”
