Red soles raise the temperature on the catwalk at New York Fashion Week as Christian Louboutin collaborates with the latest must-have label Cushnie et Ochs.
The French footwear designer has once again partnered with designers Carly Cushnie and Michelle Ochs to debut a singular style that would perfectly complement their Fall 2015 collection. For the fourth time, the New York-based designers have commissioned Christian Louboutin to design a red-lacquered sole shoe that complements their sleek, modern and sexy collection. The models strutted on the ramp in sky high, patent leather pumps with criss-crossing elastic details at the vamp. Stressing on the neutrals, only white, nude and black pumps were made for the collection.
The classic yet sexy shape epitomized both the Cushnie et Ochs and the Christian Louboutin woman – powerful and feminine. The Loubi shoes for Cushnie et Ochs will be available at Christian Louboutin boutiques from July 2015.
The French label made its presence felt backstage too as artist Madeline Poole used nail colors from Christian Louboutin Beauté collection for the third consecutive season for Cushnie et Ochs show.
The simple yet striking manicure used Christian Louboutin Nail Colour in Sweet Charity as the base, adorned with a graphic square motif using two shades from the Pops – Wherever, a deep ink blue, and Ni Toi Ni Moi, a vibrant green.
