Local chefs including Efrain Cuevas, Geno Bahena, and Ina Pinkney, as well as local creameries like Nice Cream and Ruth and Phil’s Gourmet Ice Cream will offer “extraordinary and never-before-tasted ice cream creations” at this tasting. Chefs were asked to make the one recipe they’ve always wanted to create, the one that would be too expensive to sell; judges and attendees will choose the winners. Among the offerings will be cheesecake ice cream from Eli’s Cheesecake and Bourbon County Stout floats from Goose Island.
When: Fri., Sept. 4, 7-10 p.m.
