Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron is a golden girl for J’adore fragrance.
Charlize stars in the Jean-Baptiste Mondino directed Dior commercial.
“What we wished to do with this campaign was to show the influence that authenticity and the elements can have on our emotions,” Charlize states.
As described by the brand online, the new short film is meant to be a nod to “The Water, the Earth, The Sun and me…We are Gold.”
“This film has a new, radically different beginning. She no longer needs to escape, as she is now totally free, immersed in regal Nature, almost naked and rid of all artifice. Her vision of the world is essential, designating what is of primordial importance: protecting our planet and in particular, the water that is our new gold. She tells us that luxury can have meaning,” adds director Mondino.
J’adore from Dior is a classic scent with sultry notes of Ylang-Ylang, Damascus Rose, and Jasmine.
