Cara Delevingne Bares All For Her Mulberry Bag Collection

It isn’t novel to know about fashion models transforming into designers. After designing a capsule collection for DKNY, Cara Delevingne has moved on to become a handbag designer with Mulberry. The beautiful multi-talented artist has been commissioned by the English leather goods brand to design a range of convertible leather backpacks for fall 2014.

In one image, Cara has shed her clothes and put on audacity to pose with a studded leather backpack. Other pictures show the popular model team up with a puppy and a white owl. Following the launch of the collection in February, Cara took part in this exclusive shoot in the Royal Suite in the iconic Claridge’s hotel.

The Mulberry Cara Delevingne Collection comprises of three-in-one style bags that transform to suit the user’s need. It can be worn on the back for running from the gym to the office, from meeting to meeting or even from train to plane. It can also be worn on the shoulder to take from work to dinner or from town to country. Lastly the bag can be also be hand-held for maximum elegance at all times or simply to rise to an occasion. The Cara Delevingne Collection will be available in store and online from September.

Speaking about her experience as a bag designer, along with giving insight about her inspiration which also includes her tattoos and playing muse to the collection, Cara goes on record to state, “Being a muse for Mulberry, it’s just very funny to me. Just saying it now, the fact that I inspire the brand—it’s a two-way street, you know, the amount I get back is exactly the same.”
