Baccarat, the epitome of French Art de Vivre, has chosen the Church of San Carpoforo in Milan to celebrate 250 years of perfection and light, from April 8 to 13, 2014.
The event’s unconventional staging highlights the opulence of the crystal in contrast with the austere character of the primitive stone backdrop. This unique church setting is transformed into sumptuous surroundings in which the central focus of the ultimate in luxury refinement is the Zénith chandelier with its 84 sparkling lights.
The lounge area showcases the Sun Dial, as a metaphor for time, eternity and light, while the Harcourt becomes a unique chess set, in the cosy, warm glow of a real log fire.
