Nice look at the wines of Bodega Alta Vista in Argentina.
The wines of Bodega Alta Vista make a powerful emotional impact on the palette and on the nose, much like the impression the character watches of Ingersoll once made on the wrist. This was very much evident at distributor Beam Global Spirits and Wines’ introductory tasting for the Argentinean winery’s offerings in Singapore. Alta Vista trades on the specificity of its terroir, making it a part of a wave of wineries touting the virtues of their geographical locations. Of course this is nothing new but it is refreshing that the terroirs outside traditional viticultural hotspots such as Bordeaux and Burgundy are getting their due. At Rocks Urban Grill and Bar, Alta Vista’s Export Manager Philippe Meurant took the press corps through the history of the d’Aulan family-owned business (Alta Vista is part of the French Edonia Group). – From Luxury-Insider
