R&B/hip hop artist Akon has put his stunning all-white Woodland Hills, California, home on the market for $4 million. The ultra modern home, called the Heaven Estate, was bought less than a year ago for just under $2 million, but Akon overhauled the residence with white paint, flooring and decor.
The home sports 5.5 bathrooms, five bedrooms, three firepits, a gourmet kitchen, a heated pool, a spa, a recording studio and over 4,000 square feet of living space.
For $4 million you can keep Akon’s state-of-the-art recording studio equipment and furnishing. Or you can let go of the fancy extras and save $500,000.
In addition to three hugely popular albums, Akon has started two record labels, been nominated for five Grammys and produced music for dozens of artists.
