Old Palm Golf Club, the premier private and exclusive residential community in Palm Beach Gardens, is offering four new model homes in its new Isle Estates neighborhood. Located six miles from the Atlantic Ocean in one of the world’s most golf-rich locales, Old Palm is the epitome of exclusivity.
One of the premier private golf communities in the country with estate homes ranging from $1.3 to more than $15 million, Old Palm Golf Club is home to some of the world’s most famous golfers including a Masters Champion, Open Champion, Ryder Cup hero and a member of the Golf Hall of Fame.
Old Palm recently unveiled an entirely new neighborhood. Called Isle Estates, it offers a unique and exclusive concept that features 33 homes sites with four different varieties of Bermuda and British West Indies-inspired architecture. The homes are between 4,300 and 6,800 square feet with each sited on a slightly elevated, one-third acre lot to maximize views of Old Palm’s Raymond Floyd-designed golf course and a large, serene lake. The homes at Isle Estates range in price from $2.2 to $3.2 million.
The Hamilton design reflects the traditional tropical style of Bermuda. Its one-story layout encompasses 5,080 square feet and features four bedrooms, five full and one half-bath, a great room and club room, and a three-car garage. Interiors are crafted by Insignia Design. A furnished model (see photos above and below) is priced at $3,055,000 but can be built on a standard-view home site starting from $2,250,000.
The St. James is a one-story, 5,129 square feet residence inspired by the British West Indies. It features four bedrooms, five full and one half-bath, a club room set away from the spacious living and family rooms and a three-car garage. Its transitional interior takes advantage of the model’s abundance of natural light. The St. James furnished model is priced at $3,045,000, but can be built on a standard-view home site starting from $2,260,000.
The two-story, 5,275 square foot Bonair design showcases four bedrooms and five full and two half-baths. Its traditional great room plan includes a club room, theater and upstairs lounge. Decorators Unlimited created the interiors using light colors that imbue the space with an alluring informality. The model also features a three-car garage. The Bonair furnished model is priced at $3,200,000, but can be built on a standard-view home site starting from $2,325,000.
Larger than the Bonair, the 5,540 square foot Belize is also a two story design. Its more traditional layout features five bedrooms, six full and two half baths, a living room, family room, club room and upstairs lounge. Rogers Design Group designed the interiors to enhance the delightful coastal architecture. Like the other three models, the Belize boasts a three-car garage. The furnished model is priced at $3,150,000, but can be built on a standard view home site starting from $2,325,000.
