The next-generation Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG four-door coupe will make its world debut at the 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show, open to the public November 19-28 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Other new Mercedes-Benz models at the L.A. Auto Show will include the redesigned CL coupe and R-Class crossover lines as well as the all-new E-Class Cabriolet. In addition, an update about the launch of the fuel cell-powered Mercedes-Benz F-CELL car will take place during a press conference at the Mercedes-Benz exhibit.
The all-new BMW X3 Sports Activity Vehicle and BMW Concept 6 Series Coupe will also make their North American debuts at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The all-new BMW X3 boasts enhanced dynamics, ride comfort, interior space and versatility. The BMW Concept 6 Series Coupe is a design study for a premium-class 2+2-seater and is the embodiment of a passion for aesthetics and dynamics. Also previewed will be BMW ConnectedDrive, which offers new innovations and functions that connect the driver and vehicle with the wider world.
Rather than waiting until the 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show to reveal it’s first production hybrid, Audi released near full specs and video clips of its soon-to-be released 2011 Q5 Hybrid Quattro SUV. The Q5 Hybrid Quattro promises the power of a V6 and the fuel consumption of a four-cylinder from its 2.0 TFSI engine and electric motor.
The 5-Door version of the all-new Range Rover Evoque will make its global debut. With its stylish, sporting appearance, the 5-Door Evoque joins the coupe model to create a desirable line-up in the premium compact SUV segment.
Porsche would be unveiling three cars in Los Angeles Auto Show. The carmaker would be launching the new models for the 911 GTS and 911 Speedster, along with a new mid-engine sports car. The launch of three new cars would be welcomed by Americans, as Porsche has already won a lot of acclaim in America for the current year. Especially, after the renowned marker researcher, J. D. Power announced Porsche to be the best in quality and appeal, as voted by the public.
Toyota and Tesla Motors Inc. will for the first time show off their jointly developed electric RAV4 SUV. The vehicle goes on sale in 2012.
