The resort has been working on new wedding facilities and a selection of bespoke wedding and honeymoon packages to create memorable moments for the couple.
With the new over-the-water wedding ceremony opportunity, the couple will be able to walk down the aisle on a transparent walkway right up to the middle of the resort’s main infinity-edge pool where the wedding stage is set. The groom will be able to kiss the bride against the beautiful backdrop of Koh Samui’s fabled five islands and ocean views of the Gulf of Thailand.
Conrad Koh Samui’s signature wedding ceremony package starts from $3,000 and allows couples to enjoy the elegant surrounding of the luxury pool villa resort together with their friends and family. Though the package can be tailored to guests and couples’ specific needs, it includes a wedding celebrant to conduct the vow and ring exchange ceremonies, a professional photographer for two hours, and a bottle of champagne for the toast. The resort also offers customized tropical flower decorations for the bridal bouquet and groom’s corsage, strewn flower petals, a flower arch and two floral stands. A dedicated wedding planner is appointed to assist with the legal marriage ceremony. However the package also requires the bride and the groom to commit for a minimum of two night stay at the resort.
Stefano Ruzza, the resort’s general manager, declares that, “This new wedding concept will improve our chance to welcome more wedding couples to our resort.”
