Cara Delevingne Tames Time And A Lion Cub For Tag Heuer

It’s time we see Cara Delevingne lend her face to a Swiss luxury watch-making brand. Though linked with many luxury fashion brands, the English fashion model and actress has just been named as the new brand ambassador of Swiss watch brand Tag Heuer. Sporting a lion tattoo on the index finger of her right hand, the raging queen of the fashion world has posed with the real king of the jungle world.

Targeting the youth, Tag Heuer has commissioned the current rage in the super model world for its latest ad campaign. The brand has moved a step further to garner attention for its latest promotion by teaming the Leo lady with a lion cub. Bobby, the handsome lion cub is seen being cuddled and fed by Delevingne in some of the images put up by WWD. She was least perturbed and let the cub crawl all over her and even giggled when it pawed at her in the neck.

The two official ad images from the campaign reflect the two facets of Cara’s personality. One shows her glammed-up in diamond jewelry on the red carpet, while the other features her scowling while showing off the lion tattoo on her index finger. Featuring the tag line “Don’t Crack Under Pressure”, with this campaign Tag Heuer has set its sights on “it-ness” and Cara is just the person to help them get there.

Tag Heuer’s newest chief executive officer, Jean-Claude Biver, supports the cat-themed campaign and the disruptive change in the brand’s image by stating, “We needed someone disruptive yet elegant like Cara to open our minds to the brashness and boldness of today’s youth.”
