Vivienne Westwood, the 72 year-old fashion designer, has unveiled a new campaign for climate change. In partnership with Greenpeace, Westwood has launched the “Save The Arctic” campaign that features A-list actors, musicians and models.

To build awareness for the climate control campaign, she enlisted the help of George Clooney, Chris Martin, Monty Python’s Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam, as well as the modeling mother and daughter Jerry Hall and Georgia May Jagger. All wear the “Save The Arctic” t-shirt in pictures taken by award-winning celebrity photographer Andy Gotts.

“The status quo will kill us,” Westwood states. “People don’t realise how quickly we are marching towards a possible mass extinction. Once the global temperature goes up beyond two degrees, you can’t stop it. Current predictions are that we will see a rise of more like 4C or 6C, which would mean that everything below Paris would become uninhabitable.”

The “Save The Arctic” t-shirt designed by Westwood is currently available from Vivienne Westwood’s online store.
