Tomas Maier is making his Madison Avenue debut! Of course he already boasts a sweet spot for his Italian luxury Bottega Veneta brand, but this new line is so refreshingly under the radar, you won’t even see an ad campaign about it.
In the same building where the German creative has his design studio for Bottega’s logo less luxe — in fact, just a few floors down — he’s been hard at work on his own namesake line, one that’s also considerably lower in price point, though not necessarily in total quality.
This new (well, relaunched) eponymous line will stock Maier’s swimwear, post-pool attire, and those better-than-basics that we’ve come to love, now with additional ready-to-wear, shoes, jewelry and handbags.
Anticipate the boutique’s opening later this month!
