Starting in late 2014, Abercrombie & Kent will be the first luxury travel company to offer private jet journeys with fully lie-flat seats on their private jet itineraries.

All of the iconic luxury travel brand’s trips now feature a now feature a privately chartered Icelandair Boeing 757-200ER with 50 custom-designed Italian leather seats equipped with a personal massage system, 4-way adjustable headrests and lumbar support, and more than 6.5 feet of legroom (79” pitch).

While it isn’t the first time we’ve seen a company unveil a private jet (Four Seasons announced theirs back in April; Remote Lands also offers a partnership with Amanresorts) this is one of the most luxurious we’ve ever seen, with room for just 50 travelers on each trip. Of course, at $108,000 per person, it doesn’t come cheap.

That said, just-announced 2015 itinerary for A&K includes a fall “Wonders of the World by Private Jet” trip, which will whisk guests from Machu Picchu to Easter Island, Angkor Wat and Istanbul, just might be worth the cash.

Highlights include a ride along the luxurious Hiram Bingham train on an exclusive charter to Machu Picchu, a stroll through the volcanic quarry on Easter Island where hundreds of giant stone moai were laboriously carved, dinner at the Sydney Opera House, private tours of Istanbul’s Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Basilica Cistern after hours, and a night under the stars in the Sahara desert.

Two other journeys are planned for 2015- an African safari for $82k and another 26-day round-the-word trip.

What do you think? Is it worth it?
