Along with five floors dedicated entirely to the Saudi royal family, the hotel will comprise of 12 towers standing atop a 10-story podium and centered around a massive dome.

world's_largest_hotel_Abraj_Kudai_2Funded by the Saudi Ministry of Finance and designed by the Dar Al-Handasah group, the estimated cost of building the world’s largest hotel is about $3.6 billion. Offering an unprecedented level of luxury to travelers in Saudi Arabia, the 45 storeys tall hotel also has plans to hold four helipads on the roof.
