The auction of the exclusive cars also marks a success for the newly formed partnership between RM and Sotheby’s, and is expected to set the tone for the rest of the sales in Pebble Beach this week. More than $400 million worth of classic cars will be auctioned in Pebble and Monterey, California, as part of the Concours d’Elegance week.
