Inspired by the natural landscapes of the country and busy urban life in the big cities, German architectural practice Erich Gassmann and Tina Aßmann created an inviting and sophisticated space for catching your breath between appointments.

Spreading over 1,200 square meters in the south wing of Terminal 1, this oasis of modern design and latest technology is equipped with spaces for every need: a central lounge zone where you can eat or enjoy a drink, a business corner, separate workrooms, rest area, four separately usable suites, showers and changing rooms, an interdenominational prayer room and a smoking corner. Materials like Swiss pine, oak or ash depict the Bavarian craftsmanship in all details; floors, furniture, design elements reminiscent of alpine mountain ranges compose a contemporary design landscape. Welcomed by an untreated larch shingles wall at the reception, guests are slowly introduces to the stylish resting place with views of the blue skies, encouraging them to relax under any conditions.
