Owned by Al Habtoor Group, the hotel opens up with eight exceptional culinary venues, the first Iridium Spa in Dubai, a fleet of Bentleys as well as the first Bentley Suite in the Middle East. A dazzling chandelier comprising 1,200 pieces of hand-cut crystals, illuminating the majestic grand staircase, welcomes guests on arrival. The trademark St. Regis diamond motif is prevalent throughout the interiors, while mother-of-pearl detailing in the furniture pays homage to Dubai’s historic pearl industry. 
Spanning 913 sqm, the three-bedroom, two-story Royal Suite is located in the central dome of the building, featuring a rooftop plunge pool, vast living room with an elegant dining room, study, lounge area and spacious majlis. The hotel’s custom-designed one-bedroom Bentley Suite, inspired by the bespoke craftsmanship of the Bentley Mulsanne, is the first of its kind in the Middle East.
The St. Regis Dubai offers eight distinctive dining venues, including Brasserie Quartier, J&G Steakhouse and The Roof Gardens to seduce senses with simple aromas and the buzz of fashionable society. Following the tradition of the Bloody Mary cocktail, which was first created at The St. Regis New York, the St. Regis Bar offers the Golden Mary, a sweet and savory cocktail made with yellow tomato juice with gold leaf accents. The bar also boasts of a vintage Bentley inspired mural.
