Photographer Annie Leibovitz has put her West Village compound up for sale for $29.9 million. The compound is made up of three unconnected townhouses, and make up more than 10,000-square-feet of living space. The property includes over 100 feet on the corner of Greenwich and West 11th Street.
The property, which has 7 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 2 guest suites, a library, a playroom and a garden, has had extensive renovations. There are over 70 landmark approved wooden windows, all new plumbing and electrical systems, wood burning fireplaces, and a separate guest house.
