With the closing of the legendary Spanish restaurant El Bulli, the ‘other’ world’s best restaurant Noma, in Copenhagen, is poised to become the next most sought after dinner reservation in the world.

It’s no coincidence that chef René Redzepi helms a two Michelin-starred restaurant, also built on reinventing the culinary wheel.
