Nothing Would Be Better for singer Nick Jonas than getting a deal of $3.4 million for his Sunset Strip mansion. The American singer, songwriter, and actor, best known as one of the Jonas Brothers has sold his Los Angeles estate for $200,000 less than its original asking price of $3.6 million. The Time For Me To Fly singer was keen to fly off from the property that he had purchased just a year ago.
The four-bed, five-bath estate along with a guesthouse, built in 1938, had been designed with the idea of fusing together indoor/outdoor living. The 3,175 square feet mansion has rooms opening up to beautiful views of the Hollywood Hills, along with gardens and a pool.
The Mediterranean-style compound also features a large master suite with high ceilings, a library, a luxurious master bath with a steam shower, a massive open living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a grand dining room. A gourmet kitchen opens to a large family room with a surround-sound home theater. The 22 year old artist’s ex-estate renders ultimate privacy as it is located on a cul-de-sac right off the Sunset Strip.
