Another luxury brand is joining Porsche Design, Fendi, Armani/Casa and Bentley in South Florida. Those brands have associated themselves with high end Florida real estate, and Aston Martin, the renowned luxury British automobile company is the latest to engage in this UHNW trend.
Aston Martin is now is partnering with the Coto family of Argentina to launch Aston Martin Residences, part of the new Aston Martin Art Of Living Portfolio. It is a high end condo residential tower, at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami.
Revuelta Architecture International and Bodas Miani Anger, a South American group, are the architects of the sail-shaped building. It will be a 66-story, 390-unit high-rise at the mouth of the Miami River. G and G Business Developments, the Coto family luxury real estate arm, and Aston Martin plan to open the sales center in March 2017.
Aston Martin’s design team, led by EVP and Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, will design the interior spaces including the two private lobbies, the two-level fitness center with ocean views and a full-service spa. The car company’s branding will touch door handles, leather, color palettes and reception desks, down to the stitching, Reichman said.
When the development opens in 2021, seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse – all of which will enjoy private pools and spacious terraces – will be complimented by a range of luxury one to four bedroom condominiums.

The Aston Martin Residences project is part of the Art Of Living Portfolio, and is part of a carefully curated collection of luxury projects, goods, and travel experiences by Aston Martin. This portfolio, which will be introduced in 2017, takes customers beyond the sports car, to other design expressions, through new products and experiences. The brand’s signature of understated elegance, and authenticity of material will be evident. In addition, with its Art of Living portfolio, the brand is translating its automotive cachet into new generations of curated travel partnerships that will define new experiential dimensions of the Aston Martin luxury brand.
