Jimmy Choo Co. has teamed up with the luxurious Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong for a fashionably delicious offering. From April onwards, tourists will be able to eat pastries created by Jimmy Choo Co. as well as leave with a pair of their 24/7 collection shoes.

Through May 5, clients at the hotel will be able to discover trays of small cakes inspired by Jimmy Choo’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection (€25 per person).

Guests will be able to enjoy milk chocolate high heels stuffed with lemon, small bags wrapped in white chocolate, raspberry mousse and rose dessert and macaroon lollipops stuffed with mango and passion fruit cream, among others.

“We are excited to be working with Jimmy Choo. The sexy stiletto heels, glamorous designs, great sense of style and colour, and exceptional Italian craftsmanship serve as excellent inspiration for our culinary team,” said Sidney Schutte, Executive Chef at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. “When creating this afternoon tea, we wanted to showcase Jimmy Choo’s Spring/Summer shoe wardrobe that is filled with bold and feminine shades. We have crafted edible miniature high heels and also took inspiration from the colours of the handbags and clutches, and have created some of the most fashionable-looking and delectable savoury and sweet items to convey their style.” he added.

From April 2-7, women can also choose the “Jimmy Choo L900” offer (about €1,150 per person for the night). Apart from the pastries and a luxurious room, tourists will be able to choose a pair of the designer’s shoes from his 24/7 collection (worth about €487) from the hotel boutique.
